Delete your Mello account
Mello is provided by Tensorblue Technologies Private Limited. You can request deletion of your Mello account and associated data even if you no longer have the app installed.
How to request deletion
- Send an email from the address registered to your Mello account to info@tensorblue.com.
- Use the subject Mello account deletion request. We may ask you to verify that the account belongs to you.
- We will confirm when your request has been completed.
What is deleted
After verification, we delete your Mello account and the associated profile, settings, guided-content progress, exercise sessions, favourites, downloads, playlists, and subscription access data held by Mello. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete this data.
Data we may retain
Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons. If this applies to your account, we will identify the retained data and its retention period when responding to your request.
