To provide app features, we store your guided-content progress, exercise-session entries, favourites, downloads, playlists, and settings choices.

How we use information

We use this information to create and secure your account, deliver and improve Mello, save your progress and preferences, provide support, and prevent abuse or security incidents.

Sharing and security

We do not sell personal information or display third-party advertising in Mello. We may use service providers to host and operate Mello; they may process information only to provide those services. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information.

Retention and deletion

We retain account information while your account remains active, unless a longer period is required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by emailing info@tensorblue.com from your registered email address. We may ask for information needed to verify the request.
